For season tickets and group packages, payment plans are available.

Tickets are delivered electronically via email and can be displayed on your mobile device for entry or printed at home. Physical tickets are no longer issued to reduce environmental impact and improve entry efficiency.

If you have not received your e-tickets, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting customer service.

In the event of a postponement, your tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, or if the match is canceled, you will be offered a credit for a future match or a refund.

Yes! Season Tickets are fully transferable. You can forward your tickets electronically to friends or family for any matches you cannot attend.

Many Season Ticket Holders split their package with friends or co-workers. We only ask that you ensure everyone using your tickets understands and follows stadium policies.

We offer a Ticket Exchange Program for Season Ticket Holders. If you know in advance that you cannot attend a specific match, you can exchange those tickets for additional tickets to another regular season home match (subject to availability).

Exchanges must be made at least 72 hours before the original match date. Contact our ticket office for details on how to process exchanges.

Groups of 10 or more people qualify for our group rates and benefits.

Group tickets start from $16 per person (youth), depending on seating location.

We recommend booking group outings at least 2-3 weeks in advance for the best seat availability and experience options.

For large groups (30+) or those interested in special experiences, booking 1-2 months ahead is advisable. Last-minute group bookings may still be possible based on availability.

Our 3-Match and 7-Match Mini Plans gives you the flexibility to select any three or seven regular season home matches that fit your schedule. You'll get the same great seats for all matches at a discounted rate compared to individual tickets.

Mini Pack holders also receive some of the benefits of Season Ticket Holders, including merchandise discounts and priority access to additional tickets.

The Pro Pitch Experience gives youth teams (ages 7-18) the chance to play at Princess Auto Stadium. The package includes 60-minute playing time on the main pitch.

This unique experience is perfect for team celebrations, end-of-season events, or special training sessions.

Stadium gates typically open 60 minutes before kickoff.

Season Ticket Holders have access to an exclusive entrance that opens 15 minutes earlier than general gates.

The following items are not permitted in Princess Auto Stadium:

• Outside food and beverages (except for one factory-sealed water bottle)
• Professional cameras with detachable lenses
• Drones or other remote-controlled devices
• Noise-making devices except for those approved for supporter sections
