• What is included with my 2026 Season Seat Membership?

  Season Seat Memberships come with a series of benefits and perks. Every 2026 Seat Membership comes with tickets to 16 home matches, guaranteed lowest price, an exclusive Members Kit, 15% savings on food and non-alcoholic beverages, 10% savings on merchandise, 30% off cresting, invites to exclusive member events, priority access to 3rd party events at Hamilton Stadium and much more. • How do I relocate my seats to the West Side?

  Renewing Members receive priority access to seats reserved specifically for those looking to move to the West Side, switch to a different East Section, or upgrade to Premium Seating. If you’re interested in exploring new seating options, please contact your Ticket Representative at 905-527-3674 to review availability and find the perfect fit for you.

• What is the Captain’s Lounge and how can I upgrade my seats?

  The Captain’s Lounge is Forge FC’s most exclusive matchday experience — a pitch-level, climate-controlled lounge that blends the excitement of live soccer with elevated comfort and service. Located at centre field, Members enjoy preferred seating in section 105, inclusive elevated food and non-alcoholic beverages, preferred season parking, private washrooms, and unique pre-match access as players take the pitch.

• How does Auto-Renewal work?

  Auto-Renewal is a hassle-free way of securing your Season Seat Memberships year over year. All Season Seat Memberships are on our Auto-Renewal Program. An invoice will be sent to Members via email towards the end of each season with the next season’s pricing and payment options for review.

  Members will have until December 4, 2025 to opt-out of their Season Seat Membership. If you want to continue as a Member, you do not have to do anything, and you will automatically be renewed for the upcoming season using the same payment plan/method as 2025. If you wish to make changes to your Membership, please reach out to a ticket representative during the opt-out window – 905-527-3674.

• Tell me more about the Club Membership?

  The Club Level at Hamilton Stadium offers elevated comfort with a superior view in wider, more comfortable balcony seats, access to a climate-controlled lounge with an unobstructed view of the pitch, premium food offerings and in-seat beverage service, private bars and washrooms. In addition, Club Level Members can enjoy inclusive season-long parking, access to a premium entrance, concierge service, and the opportunity to invite a friend to a regular season match at no additional cost (2 tickets).

• What events can I expect invited to next season?

  The Forge FC Season Kickoff Party is where you can mix and mingle with the players and coaches, and be among the first fans to view that year’s new kits. Invites to numerous away-match watch parties, World Cup viewing parties, and pre-match events at select home and away games. Members can also look forward to attending the Forge FC Open Practice for an intimate look at what goes into the day-to-day prep for our 4× CPL Champions. More to be announced in the new year.

• How do I get my ticket?

  Tickets (and parking) are all digital and will be available on your Forge FC Account Manager and via the Centre Circle App. Your ticket will be available for management no later than April 1, ahead of the kickoff of the 2026 season.

• How do I access my Season Seat Member discounts?

  As a benefit of being a Season Seat Member, you save 10% at the Forge FC Shop and merchandise kiosks around the stadium, and 15% on food and non-alcoholic beverages on match day. Ahead of the 2026 season, Members will also be able to access their new Digital Membership Card, which can be added directly to your mobile wallet for quick and easy scanning at the stadium or in-store. Keep an eye on your inbox in March 2026 for full details and setup instructions.

• What if I can’t make all of the games? How does the Ticket Exchange Policy work?

  Season Seat Members have the ability to customize their Membership as needed based on work, family and personal demands that may require you to change your matches. If you cannot attend a match due to a schedule conflict, Members can exchange their tickets into any future regular season match within the same price category of their Membership. Ticket exchanges must be done a minimum of 7 days in advance of match time. This can be facilitated through your account representative or online via Account Manager. Members also have the opportunity to resell their tickets online via Ticketmaster’s Resale feature in Account Manager (online only).

• Who qualifies for Youth Season Seats, and how can I purchase?

  Youth Season Memberships are available for fans 12 years of age and under. Each Youth Season Seat must be accompanied by at least one adult Season Seat Membership in the same seating area. The program is designed to make it easier for families and young fans to experience the energy of match day together while forging family traditions that last generations.
